Additional House Rules - You must be at least 28 years old to book. Proof of ID may be required at both booking and checkin. - There is ZERO tolerance for unauthorized gatherings and parties. No extended family gatherings/parties of any kind or size/Prom send-offs/video shoots/photo shoots, etc. without prior approval. Any violations will result in a $1000 charge, private security being called, your booking being canceled immediately without a refund, and any vehicles being towed from the property at your expense. - Do not invite unregistered guests to my home without prior approval. The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for without approval, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or private security will be called and your booking canceled immediately without a refund. Extra guest penalty: $100 per extra guest - No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or hookahs of any form are allowed to be used in the house, including the garage. Smoking anywhere outside the house is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 remediation charge. - The Master Suite is strictly off-limits to guests. It is marked as PRIVATE and has a separate alarm system. It should be locked from the hallway and adjacent bedrooms. But, If for some reason any of the doors are not locked, the Master Suite should still not be entered for any reason. Violations may result in your booking being canceled immediately without a refund. - Do not use couches for sleeping. Air mattresses are available in the middle bedroom if needed. Main Formal Living Room Restriction - The formal living room with the fireplace is not for general use and lounging. The furnishings in this room are very expensive. No sitting, eating, or drinking is allowed in the room without prior approval. Please use the adjacent Lounge Room that has been nicely decorated for your use. Security Camera - The internal security cameras are part of the ADT system to help verify intrusions and reduce false alarm calls to the police. The cameras are all in the open, clearly visible, and only in common spaces on the main level POINTED AT ENTRY DOORS TO THE HOUSE. They should not be moved or disabled without approval which I NORMALLY GRANT IF ASKED.
